Terms of Use

Marketplace service
Bidora helps Northeast Florida homeowners and service pros connect around home-service opportunities. Bidora does not itself perform the work and is not a party to an agreement between a homeowner and a service pro unless stated otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, evaluating any person you choose to work with, confirming scope, price, scheduling, licensing, insurance, permits, and all other details of a job. You must use Bidora lawfully and respectfully.
Matching and communications
By submitting a request or application, you authorize Bidora to use and share the relevant job, service, and contact details with local service pros or Bidora personnel as reasonably needed to facilitate matching and marketplace operations. Bidora currently serves Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau counties in Northeast Florida.
Service pro fees
Service pros who enter the Bidora Founding Pro Agreement are subject to its terms, including the 60-day free period, the 10% fee on completed jobs capped at $500 per job, and payment method authorization. The Founding Pro Agreement governs the relationship between Bidora and a service pro and is available at /pro/agreement.
No guarantees
Bidora does not guarantee that a match, job, quote, response, outcome, or service pro will be available. Any reviews or feedback reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future results.
Changes and contact
We may modify these terms as Bidora develops. Questions about these terms or deletion requests can be sent to team@bidora.madethis.app.
