Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you post a job or apply as a service pro, including your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, job and service details, budget, timing, service categories, and related business information.
How we use it
We use this information to operate Bidora, review and respond to marketplace requests, match homeowners with relevant service pros, communicate about those requests, improve the service, and protect against misuse.
Sharing for matching
When you ask Bidora to help with a job, we may share the job details and contact information needed for matching with relevant local service pros. Service pros may also have their submitted coverage and service information reviewed by Bidora for matching and marketplace administration. Bidora is currently focused on Northeast Florida, including Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau counties.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect Bidora. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing team@bidora.madethis.app. We may need to retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including for recordkeeping, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Updates
We may update this policy as Bidora develops. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
